MTI is a success story in the Oregon transportation industry. Through vision and efficiency the company has remained a family operated business true to its roots.
In the early 1970's The company began with 2 log trucks and a vision to provide quality service and fare rates. Over the next 30 years the company expanded to include a logging, log trucking, construction, general freight carrier, rock and asphalt hauling, and transit company.
The company was founded by Jeff Marson and his father, Frank Marson. After his graduation in 1989 Jeffery Marson joined his father and grandfather as a third generation business member. Brother Keith Marson brings additional experience to the business, working part time while earning his master's degree in business at Oregon State.
